Principle

In the suction zone,the oil flows axially into she tooth gaps as they increase in size,while the engaging teeth displace the oil again the pressure side. ln the tooth gaps the oil is transported from the suction to the pressure side.The crescent and the side walls of the housing seal the suction and pressure zones against eaainst each other.
The engines of modern jets work according to the multistage principle.A high pressure difference is divided up into several compressor stages,each of which only converts part of power.
We applied this principle to internal gear pumps. The multistage stacking of the modular pumping assemblied enables units to operate at 4640 PSl.Fluid flows from the outlet of one stage to the next stage, and each stage participates equally in pumping against the discharge pressure. The fact that each stage shares half the pressure load, reduces stresses on pump components.

NT-SERLES

NT series positive displacement units pumps consist of a single shaft driving a ring gear and pinion gear. NT units features extra large suction and discharge areas,enabling the pump to fill smoothly which helps to reduce noise levels,by keeping fluid velocity low and reducing the possibility of cavitation.The most important feature of NTSeries pumps is the straight line to straight line conjugated gear tooth profile.“As shown in fig. A’’eliminating any “trapped oil”, resulting in ripple-free and low noise operation by the elimination of pressure pulsations.
